Kye Jennings, a 15 year old, was arrested on Saturday at 10:28 AM near a Dollar General. An off duty copy, John Garcia, noticed Jennings giving a bag to someone and said they were acting “like they had a gun to their head”. Garcia went over to ask what was going on, and the other boy (information will not be released) pulled out a gram of marijuana, given to him by Jennings. He is a student at South Vigo on the exceptional honor roll.
“Kye is one of the last kids you’d expect to be dealing pot,” says Garcia, “It’s sad that our youth is being affected by drugs.”
