Last night at around midnight,police got a call from a female saying that she smelled marijuana.The caller said she saw a teenager walking down the street right after she smelled and described the teen to the cops.Police arrived on Florida Street at around 12:15 A.M. and found teen,Bryson Schnaare walking home and they questioned him and found out he was under the influence and marijuana and then they arrested him.Police are still investigating if there were more people.Please contact:443-397-4524 if you know any more information
