Monday night officers were called in on a 211. When officers got to the seen, they saw 16 year old Andrew Pathoomvahn tickling his victims butt holes. The proceeding suspect was then caught at a near by club (Lips) where the suspect works. The suspect is now facing 12 years of butt rape.
