16 year old female shot and killed

16 year old Aaliyah Oquendo , shot and killed on East Washington St , New Castle PA. Police say the ex of Oquendo was sending violent text messages over the phone. Alyssa Callahan has been token into custody to get questioned by detectives. No charges or arrest has been made in this case.
