16 year old girl arrested

A 16 year old girl in Ohio was arrested for stealing 20 dogs from the local shelter at 3 am this morning. She pleads guilty stating the dogs deserved a good home she knew she could give them. She was caught when her mom tried returning the dogs saying they could not take in that many and wondered how she had got them. It’s the end of the road for this animal bandit.
