Mercedes Elliott,a 16 year old former student at Cowen Hamilton Secondary,allegedly took a gun an shot her ex lover and his new lover at Chagunas.The eyewitness stated that the young teen dropped out of a private vehicle and started to fire off shots.However,the suspect is currently held in custody and is waiting for a date to appear in court.The youngman recived three shot;one in the stomach and two in the head.Salisha the girlfriend of the young man received two in her stomach and was rushed to the hospital.Salisha,the young 17 year old teen was said to be pregnant and unfortunately she lost the baby.Condolunces to the two families and I hope justice will be served.
