17 year old, Julian Aguiñaga aka “Mr.Cochi”, WANTED for trafficking Marijuana

Mr.Aguiñaga was spotted parked by the Rio Grande. While a Border Patrol Agent searched his vihecle, he found a huge amount of narcotics, but the suspect had fled. Eagle Pass Police Department say he might become the next “El Chapo”.
