With enough reports that have the country on edge, another teenager is AGAIN missing.
According to reports, the student was last seen at 7am leaving her Maraval house on Monday evening and has not returned since.
The student, 17 identified as Janel O’Connor is of average height, stockly built and brown skinned. She was last seen wearing her school uniform, her school ring and a silver chain with a pendant engraved with the name “Shane”.
According to reports from close friends and family, O’Connor seems to be very fond of the Arima youngster. Suggestions were brought up that she may be with the youngster. When questioned about her disappearance, the youngster claimed to have no knowledge about the teenager. He was then taken into custody and is presently being questioned of her whereabouts.
It is alleged that the youngster has a hideout in Fyzabad and the TTPS is working on it.
The Minister of National Security and Education both advised children and parents to take care of themselves and heed caution. They indicate that it is no longer safe and the country is in the process of undergoing a State of Emergency.
Investigations are ongoing.
