18 year old arrested for burning out in front of a white van.

Arturo Garza was arrested last night around 1:30 am. Suspect was caught burning out in front of a white dodge van. Rudy Castañeda was also arrested for having to much bass in his van. Both suspects are to recieve life in prison for no apparent reason.
