18 year old Justin Norman of El Dorado arrested for shooting leaving one dead

Justin Norman was arrested today April 29 for a shooting in El Dorado. Norman was taking into custody at 6:30. When the police asked questions, Norman words were, “I ain’t telling you shit, where’s my lawyer.” Norman has a court date May 9.
