18 year old male sexually harassed by CVPD officer

18 year old male, Anthony Maltman was seen being harassed by a CVPD officer. According to the victim, the officer was doing mouth to anus activities for refusing to do what the cop said. Not much info is being said on what’s going to happen to the cop but we will give you any info.
