18 Year Old Man of Cozad Facing Assault Charges in Walmart Attack

Robert Fisher of Cozad, Nebraska attacks 31 year old man after he makes a comment about his pickup. This event took place on the 29th of April at Lexington Walmart. The man called his pickup small and used a racial slur to describe the vehicle. Fisher then attacked the man by his neck. No serious injuries were reported. Fisher is now awaiting his trial on the 6th of May.
