An Eagle Pass Texas State Trooper made a traffic stop at aproximetly 4:45 PM to a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Color Dark Grey , in Loop 480 near Loma Bonita , The 2 Subjects in the vehicle were Guadalupe Navejas 19 and Emma Rodriguez 18, both were asked to step out of the vehicle and appeared to be under the influence of alcohol , The State Trooper on the scene called Sheriff Deputies and nearby Border Patrol Units for assistance because both Subjects were ignoring the Patrol Officer and were Drunk that They ran on the street and were playing around running while Traffic was passing by , Sheriff Depuries and Border Patrol Agents arrived quickly and apprehended Guadalupe and Emma they both had to be Tackled and pepper Spreyed because they were resisting arrest, upon checking Guadalupe Navejas Vehicle Officers found a bottle of liquor “Jimador” Both Guadalupe Navejas and Emma Rodriguez were taken to Maverick County Jail and were charged with Resisting Arrest and Driving under the influence , Both Guadalupe Navejas and Emma Rodriguez will be presented before a Eagle Pass Judge and Bail will be available.
