Florence City firefighters were called to a working house fire at 204 Oakland Ave at 8:33 this morning. Alexander Tessari, a firefighter with the City Of Florence Fire Department for the last 9 months quickly made the determination that there were animals inside. Tessari made 3 trips inside rescuing 13 puppies and their mother. More details at 7PM.
