On Wednesday night former Mineral Wells resident Chase Arnold, 19, was arrested after being found intoxicated outside of a bar located on 4th Ave. of Huntington, West Virginia at 11:30pm. Arnold was said to have been “Living it up before finals.” Police say Arnold was charged for public intoxication as well as underage misdemeanor. More details later.
