The Drug Enforcement Agency arrested the suspects after an investigation into a drug ring.
Agents arrested Jose Higareda(left) and Herman Quintero(right) on Saturday in a Chevy Tahoe.
According to court documents, a source told agent Herman was a heroin and cocaine distributor.
Investigators said Herman would rent different cars to conduct drug sales.
Agents said they found about 900 grams of heroin on Herman when he was arrested, according to court documents.
Jose and Herman were charged with possession and intent to sell more than 100 grams of heroin.
Investigators said Herman sold heroin and cocaine out of his Nissan 240SX.
He was charged with two counts of knowingly distributing heroin.
Herman stayed with his brother, Vicente Quintero he said,
“There was rumors out there all the time of what was going on but never had any indication at all that anything was happening in the street,” Quintero said.
