The Guam Police Department’s Criminal investigation division together with Guam’s homeland Security are currently on the look out for Michael Henry Cruz Aten. Aten is accused of stealing a southern man’s heart. His was last seen in the Chalan Pago area. If anybody has any information on Aten’s whereabouts please call Guam Crime Stoppers at 685-9124.
