Lancaster police are looking for Luis A. Figueroa of Lancaster Pennsylvania , for a high speed chase incident that occurred Last summer night in June of 2016 . Luis last known address “432 DOHNER Dr Lancaster pa” .
Luis was driving south towards route 30 traveling high speeds of “80-100 MPH” officer Gise sighted Luis , attempted to pull Luis over , apparently Luis began to keep going , officer Gise called for back up , Luis then pulled over when he then seen 2 more cop cars.
Luis has a Warrent for his arrest for missing a meeting with his Probation Officer , and failure to pay fines .
