22 Year old of East St. Louis charged with murder

Larry Miller of East St. Louis has been charged with murder this morning. According to police officals Miller has been on the run for quite sometime now. We recieved an anonymous tip about a man who was responsible for a murder in 2013 and 2015. This morning judge Mary Clark charged Larry Miller with first degree. Miller is expecting to spend the next 20 years in prison.
