22 YEAR OLD ON THE RUN WITH MULTIPLE DRUG CHARGES AND ASSULT ON AN OFFICER!!!!!

Friday April 28th 2017 at about 8 pm est. police pulled over paul y Cruz in a black suburban suv on Beeridge near McIntosh road. It was a regular routine stop for failure to yield. As the officer walked up to cruz’s window he smelled a really strong odor of marijuana while cruz was trying to cover it up with a cigarette he just lit the officer pretended he didn’t smell it. So he ask for license and registration. That’s when the situation took drastic measures Cruz had forgotten he left Molly,cocaine,marijuana and 2 guns in plain view in the backseat that’s when the officer pulled out his gun and told him to exit the vehicle Cruz exits the vehicle the police officer went to put him in cuffs Holsted his gun that’s when Cruz pulled out a taser and tased the officer in the neck the officer fell to the ground and cruz started punching the officer in the face repeatedly until he was unconscious stole his gun hopped back in his vehicle and fled the scene with the officer remaining on the ground.
