26 year old Henry Rush wanted in connection with homicide

Witnesses report shots rang out in the 2100 block Cypress avenue in Highland, Ca on the night of January 7th, 2011 around 11:50pm. Officers and paramedics arrived on location to find a 21 year old victim with multiple gunshot wounds to the chest. He was pronounced dead on the scene. Homicide detectives from the Highland precinct were unable to identify any suspects at the time which resulted in the case going cold. 6 years later, new surveillance video surfaced this week showing suspect Henry M. Rush get out of his car, fire multiple shots at the victim, and jump back in his car where he proceeded to head down 9th street. Detectives are now searching for Henry Rush and a warrant has been issued for his arrest and is facing charges of second degree murder. (Will update as more information is available).
