26 year old, Charles Jackson formally known as Carlos Rodriguez, has been found in Nashville TN. Carlos states that officers have the wrong person, but police have confirmed Carlos identity. Allegedly hiding in Chicago, Carlos was found in nashville in the parking lot of a local club. More news as it comes in.
