26 year old woman charged with biting off a mans penis

On Thursday April 27th Melissa Jester was caught attempting to bite off a penis. Parma pizza heard screaming and called 911 immediately. Jester is now held at a Delaware institute on a $82,000 bail. If anyone has additional information please call 302-653-8792
