27 year old John Moore Arrested after opening fire in self defense

27 year old John Moore was arrested after opening fire on another driver who exited his vehicle and begun banging on his. He stated to the other driver several times “Please get back in your car for your own safety.” After ignoring his plea the suspect then broke out his window and struck moore which in returned caused him to open fire firing one time striking the suspect in the head. Mr moore is expected to be released on grounds of self defense.
