29 year old Boone county resident Rachel Court is wanted on indictments of murder. Home land security an the Kentucky state police have been montioring the 29 year olds cell phone activity for over a year now. Just a few months ago enough evidence was found to indicte the suspect. The Kentucky state police have a $15,000 reward for any information leading to Rachel Courts arrest.
