31 year old Oscar Rivera commanly known as “ojay” of sinajana is wanted for intent to distribute ice. Friday April 28,2017 a anonymous caller stated that Rivera had asked him if he wanted to grab and that he had about 15 pounds worth of ice. When the caller decided to meet up with rivera, he had a 15 pound bag of ice cubes. But he stated he had the real stuff at home. If any information about his whereabouts please contact GPD.
