Farmington resident Ricky Sullivan Jr. Aressted on multiple charges careless and werckless driveing. Shooting out of a motor vehicle attempted murder no a peace officer and a 28grams of marijuana. Local officers say subject was under the influence of drugs and alcohol at the time of the incident. Subject is being held at the San Juan county detention center with no bond.
