A Grandmother arrested for beating up her neighbor.

We have identified Cynthia Gallegos known as Cindy Parra as the Grandmother .Cindy was arrested and charged with assault and a deadly weapon . Her neighbor who doesn’t want to be identified said that Cindy got mad cause she asked her turn down her radio . She said her baby was sleep and Cindy was playing the music loud . She stated that Cindy was drinking and got crazy with her . Cindy then punched her in the face put her face in dog poop then cut her hair off . Her husband who also don’t want to be identified had to break it up . He stated that Cindy is a fighter that she punch him like a man . Both victims were treated at a local hospital and released . Cindy has made bail but the prosecutor said more charges will be filed .
