A student from DHS caught cheating during the test

A student named Fiona Usita Tan was caught cheating in a history test. According to the witness, LesterDave Paguio, he saw her using her phone to look at for answers because she didn’t study. Even her friend, Angelica Aricheta, saw her too but in different class. Fiona has been cheating in her whole life and she is in top 25!!! Shocking!!! Never trust a cheater!!!
