Abran Montoya-Ponce,19, Arrested today for murder at 12

Rock Hill, SC citizens standby today as a violent attack was taken against 5 others. Marcy Rodriguez , 22 of York, SC was on his way home from a Cookout in RockHill when Mr.Ponce ran up to Mr.rodriguez , armed with a pocket knife at his residence . One of the friends of the Victim Brad Blankship tried to get them to stop fighting, but it was too late. Abran Montoya-Ponce drove off leaving the victim to bleed to his death, and was finally caught driving making an escape and arrested at 12 pm this afternoon Today RockHill friends of marcy Rodriguez are devastated, saying “marcy was such a good person, he was so friendly and caring”. Mr.Ponce is being held as of right now a York County Sheriffs Police Department, with charges being pend.
