An alliance man was arrested for indecent exposure wednesday night april 26 after an afternoon of drinking at a local bar. Sources say tim willsey was spotted during a routine patrol in the alley behind the gathering spot bar and grill. An officer reported the suspect was trying to remain standing while urinating. Upon trying to contact the suspect the officer states mr willsey ran down the alley while trying to pull his jeans and tripped and fell to the ground. Upon falling a few bystanders heard the suspect scream out in pain and witnessed the suspect in a pool of urine struggling to get up. The suspect is recovering in a local hospital and is said that he will make a full recovery.
