alliance man arrested for indecent exposure

A local alliance man has been arrested following a night of drinking at a local bar. Sources say the apd was patrolling when they spotted tim willsey in the alley behind the gspot attempting to remain upright while urinating. Stopping to talk with Mr. Willsey the officer reported the suspect tried to run down the alley and pull his jeans up at the same time and tripped and fell to the ground. Upon falling to the ground the suspect then cried out in pain and ended up urinating all over himself. He remains in the box butte county jail recovering from bruised pride and a bum knee.
