Altoona man leads police on high speed chase on bike

Local man Ron Wineland was arrested thursday afternoon after leading local police on a high speed chase down rt 22, then old 22 then was finally stopped in sams club parking lot closer to primanti .Ron is currently in blair county prison with a bail set at $675,234. His court date is set for 4/29/2017
