Shay Wesley always said, “My Boudoir business would make a great TV show.”
Perhaps it was prophetic because Shay Wesley, owner of Shay Wesley Boudoir Photography will get just that opportunity. The 44 year old Amarillo native Boudoir Photographer will be starring in her own reality show entitled, ‘Boudoir by Shay’ on the Bravo network this summer.
Up until recently it’s all been pretty top secret.
“It’s just so surreal, and I’m so excited.” said Wesley. “I’m just thrilled that I have this opportunity to showcase Boudoir photography and what it can do for women. The ladies we’ve chosen to represent Shay Wesley Boudoir are amazing.”
“You’ll see dream shoots being planned, the art of it all and see the love that goes into the Boudoir craft. And of course a little drama.”
The rest of the cast will be made up of family, friends and people she interacts with every day. The show chronicles the adventures and daily life of a professional Boudoir Photographer living in a smaller city. You’ll see places like Dallas, Houston and other bigger cities while Shay travels with her Boudoir company.
While you may see some familiar faces on the show, producers and Wesley are keeping a tight lip on who may be featured. “It’s been so exciting and hard not to talk about one of the ladies I get to work with and photograph, but I signed an agreement so you’ll just have to watch the show to see who it is,” Wesley said.
Our community is really excited about the attention that this could bring to the city of Amarillo.
“Having a big network like Bravo on board will be amazing. We all love Shay and what she creates for the women in our community.” said one local resident.
