Amber Stockford facing felony charges

Amber T. Stockford, 21, of East Liverpool OH faces charges of man slaughter. On April, 25, 2017 @ 2:00pm police say that they got a call about a women running down the streets of Liverpool naked and screaming. She stopped some where on 5th street and grabbed a man coming from the post office and bit him, tearing his jugular out of his neck. She proceeded to growl at police and paramedics as they were on the scene.
