Arrested for nerfous road rage

Roger Ratcliffe was arrested on April 28th 2017 at 4:20 p.m. for what seemed to be a road rage incident mr. Ratcliffe was traveling West on Main Street Salem when he took out a Nerf gun and started shooting what he said was slow irresponsible drivers with Nerf balls then one stop by the officers he threw his Slurpee at a police officer and now is currently being held without bond at the Roanoke County Jail
