Arrested for stealing “Kramers hairdo”

Michael Williams a little red headed child of Adams, ma Is being accused of stealing the hair and head shake of Kramer from the famous Seinfeld show. If you witness this head shake please don’t laugh it will only encourage him. It is leading him to have whiplash and will eventually cause permanent damage to his neck. Also if you come in contact with him you should encourage him to get a hair cut!
