ATF agent killed in shootout

St. Louis — For the first time since the formation of the St.. Louis task force against crime, a federal agent has been shot and killed.

Ariel Johnson, 28, a four-year veteran of the bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, died after being shot in the face during a gun battle with a AK-47 in a Trap house Located on the 1700 block of N. 20th St. downtown St. Louis Saturday around 5:58

Also wounded in the gun fight with suspected drug dealers was Alex Dickerson, 36, a 13-year ATF veteran assigned to the St. Louis task force

The two agents were inside A Trap house in the 1700 block of N. 20th St. attempting to purchase $80,000 worth of drugs when Dolla Benji started shooting AK-47, police said.

The St. Louis police SWAT team attempted to surround the Trap house located in downtown St. Louis but that’s when the suspect Dolla Benji took off in a all black SRT-8 that lead into a high-speed pursuit where the suspect shortly got away so for the suspect is at large armed and dangerous if you know about Dolla-Benji whereabouts please do not play hero call 1-800-911
