Authorities at a lawrenceville cvs said 32 year old Frank Perry stole $390 of anti itch topical ointment for the genitalia. Cvs is offering a reward of $87 in store credit. They say he swiped a Webster bank credit card for all of the anti itch cream we had in the store. No one was at his lawrenceville residence for questioning.
