Avoca man arrested for cow tiping

31 year old Kevin Mcelkeny Jr. was arrested early Sunday morning after a report from a local farmer that there was a drunk naked man rolling around in his field. When cops responded they found 12 cows that Kevin had tipped. Kevin was charged with trespassing public nudity and indecent exposure.
