Tara davis age 40, has been seen driving around in a big brown box van. She has been seen trying to steal kids driving in every housing, she stole 2 kids this evening around 5 p.m this evening in shell valley. If anyone has any information on this women or knows where shes located at, or sees the van call the belcourt police department right away! BEWARE THIS WOMEN IS DANGEROUS.
