Big Name Restaurant Chain Coming to Dierks?

There have been discussions floating around the Dierks City Counsil about allowing a well known chain of restaurants build one across from the Health and Rehab center in Dierks. The city and Weyerhaeuser are trying to work out a deal for a Texas Roadhouse to be built in the city of Dierks
