Billy Schlosser was arrested after a break out of aliens at Area 51 at Edwards Air Force Base in Nevada. Billy Schlosser was caught entering Las Vegas with three of the kidnapped aliens in his vehicle. Billy Schlosser was taken into CIA custody and will probably never be seen again.
