Tilden Bird, of New Town, ND, is wanted for questioning in the assault of a neo-Nazi engaged in vandalizing a Taco Johns on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation.
According to witnesses, Frederick Johansson, of Bismarck, ND, was reportedly attempting to “build a wall” around a newly-built Taco Johns in Parshall, ND, when Bird, 33, intercepted him.
Witnesses say Bird “pulled a Captain America” and attempted to reason with Johansson before dismantling his foam wall and beating him with the pieces.
Johansson was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries, while Bird was carried aloft on the wings of vigilante justice.
