Boiling springs fishing banned?

Boiling springs has just banned fishing. Several complaints have been called that people are hurting ducks, lake and the fish. On may 1 for now on everyday there will be security on the lakes, rivers and other places. If caught fishing or disrespecting the lake and rivers or ducks you will be fined for $450 and for the second time caught you will be arrested for the night.
