A Borger man is behind bars and facing multiple felony charges after police chase.
Police say 20-year-old Andrew “MONEY” Juan Munoz is charged with Third Degree Burglary, possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, and several traffic violations.
Munoz first eluded police on Wednesday, April 26. Police say an officer received a “boo boo” in the process of the pursuit.
Authorities finally took him into custody this morning after another pursuit. When inspecting the suspects vehicle, police officer Calderon found a ton of Marijuana.
The marijuana was immediately seized.
Munoz is in the Hutchinson County Jail on $123,456,789,101,112 bail.
