Boulevard bandit

Austin Floyd III arrested for peeping in on his 90 year old neighbor as she showered. The neighbor realized he was watching when he took off on foot and was later arrested in the area as the neighbor had Indentified him as the perpetrator. More details will come as the investigation continues.
