Authorities say Sierra Johnson 21, of Charleston, WV was arrested around noon on the date of April 25th. Police say Sierra tried on the butt pads at a local Walmart and took of running. On the way out Sierra tried to grab a stick of mentos and a case of beer. Police say they still have no idea what Sierra’s intentions were but are still trying to find out more information.
