As of 4/28/17 The Mexican Federal government has issued and will be serving over 1,500 subpoenas to motorcycle enthusiast of Tampa/Bay area motorcycle sport bike riders.
These legal documents have been issued following the Mexican governments accumulation of over 1,427 videos depicting sport bike riders traveling to and engaging in illegal street racing in various parts of Mexico.
These Mexican court orders have already been given the green light by United States federal government and have ordered local and state law enforcement to stand-down in regards to serving these warrants first hand.
The unnamed citizens who will be extradited to the Latin American continent will not be allowed an American Justice system defendant and will stand trial on their own behalf under Mexican authority.
