At approximately 4:30 Pm Wayne Silveria was arrested for parading up and down his neighborhood streets stark naked and covered in vasoline. After a 1 hour altercation with the Brentwood police department wayne was finally detained.
Brentwood police spokesman stated ” Mr Silveria put up one hell of a fight, it was a very awkward and slippery situation especially when Mr Silveria began waving his Erection at officer screaming stop or ill shoot.
Mr Silveria will be hold over nightin Martinez county psychiatric ward where they will likely do numerous tests on his mental state and a few possible genitalia exams due to his abnormally large member.
